A combination of Circuit Training, Kick Boxing and TRX Training alongside personal consultations with qualified professionals, ensures you improve your cardio-vascular fitness, toning and strength quickly.
A safe environment with Personal Trainers on hand allows you to benefit physically and mentally from structured routines, continual assessment and advice.

Circuit Training: The quickest way to burn calories and strengthen your body. Circuit training combines an aerobic workout with all over muscle toning. By moving rapidly from one piece of equipment to the next, you keep up your heart rate and improve your cardio-vascular fitness. (45 minutes - 1 hour)
Kick Boxing: Kick Boxing involves the whole body; both heart, lungs and muscles - your body gets a complete workout, saving you time and makes you fitter quicker. (1 hour)
TRX Training: The TRX will challenge your body like nothing else usually found in the gym environment. Suspension training will challenge your core in every single exercise you do as every one uses your bodyweight. This will teach you to be more aware of your posture, whilst at the same time building a functionally strong body. (45 minutes)
