Tonia Buxton at InterContinental Aphrodite Hills Resort Hotel for launch of new Mesogios Restaurant menu

Tonia Buxton, TV presenter of the popular “My Greek Kitchen” series was invited by the Executive Chef of the InterContinentalAphrodite Hills Hotel, Ermis Panayiotou, to sample his new season’s menu for our award winning Mesogios Restaurant. Tonia was in Cyprus to complete the photography for the Cyprus Tourism Organisation’s Gastronomy booklet she is currently working on along with UK award winning photographer Vanessa Courtier.

Tonia commented: "Chef Ermis has again put together a menu that will delight all who come to dine at Mesogios. It is very difficult to choose a favourite, but I love the seafood plate and as I have a terribly sweet tooth the Amalfi citrus tart with Madagascar vanilla sauce and chocolate ice cream was just amazing. Can't wait to return in the summer! As always staying at the Aphrodite Hills Resort is a most wonderful and relaxing break”.

The new Mesogios Restaurant menu is another masterpiece of culinary wonders prepared by Ermis and his team, to offer a Mediterranean dining experience with a modern creative touch.
