Thai Massage

Traditional Thai Massage is a 2500-year-old technique for relaxing the body and soothing the mind. It can help to relieve many physical problems such as back pain, tense shoulders and neck, stiffness, poor posture, indigestion and sciatica as well as more mental problems like stress and lethargy.  The basic form of the massage is performed fully clothed (no oils are used) on a mat on the floor. The technique involves putting gentle but firm pressure on the body with the palms and thumbs, as well as relaxing stretching of the limbs and back. In this way it works effectively on skin, muscle, the organs and the skeletal structure. Blood and lymph circulation is increased and waste substances are removed from tissues. Traditional Thai Massage effectively resolves many specific issues and commonplace problems, such as stiffness resulting from long hours sitting at a desk or driving, and has many applications for sport, helping to increase stamina and flexibility.

Royal Thai Massage Also performed on the Thai Mat, this treatment is the ultimate Thai massage experience. The treatment commences with a traditional foot cleanse to soften and relax your feet and to soak away tension before all stress is released from your body and mind. This sublime treatment incorporates the palm and thumb pressures and stretching techniques found in the traditional Thai massage with the addition of warmed blended aromatic oils chosen to suit your individual needs.

Other Oriental delights include Indian Indulgence, Oriental Scalp Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and Thai Herbal Ritual.
